Ingredients

  • 400 g raspberries
  • 40 g powdered sugar
  • 8 peach halves (canned)
  • 6 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tbsp toasted almond kernels

Instructions

    Wash the raspberries and pat dry with paper towels. Set aside 12 raspberries for garnish and blend the remaining raspberries with powdered sugar in a blender.

    Drain the peach halves in a sieve. Let the ice cream soften slightly. Layer the raspberry puree, softened ice cream, and peaches in glasses, sprinkling toasted almonds on top. Garnish with the reserved raspberries and serve immediately.
