Ingredients

  • 250 g Quark (20 % fat)
  • 250 g whipping cream
  • 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 400 g fresh raspberries (or frozen)

Instructions

    Rinse the raspberries. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Mix quark, vanilla sugar, sugar and about 100 g of raspberries together. Fold in the whipped cream. Chill the mixture for about 1 hour.

    Heat the remaining raspberries with 1 tbsp sugar. Add 2 tbsp water, bring to a quick boil, then remove from heat immediately. Let it cool slightly.
