Ingredients

  • 400 g raspberries
  • 1 kg peaches
  • 600 g gelatin sugar (2:1)
  • 1 Orange (juice)
  • 1 vanilla pod

Instructions

    Wash the raspberries and put them in a pot. Boil the peaches, shock them, peel and halve them. Remove the pits and dice the flesh into small cubes.

    Add the sugar, orange juice and split vanilla pod to the raspberries and mix well. Let it steep for about 1 hour.

    Then bring to a boil with occasional stirring and simmer for 4 minutes. Perform a gel test and pour the jam into prepared jars.
