Ingredients

  • 600 g peaches
  • 280 g gelatin sugar (2:1)
  • 100 g wild strawberries

Instructions

    Dip the peaches in boiling water for about 30 seconds, then peel them. Cut the fruit in half, remove pits and chop into small pieces. In a pot, bring to a gentle boil while stirring constantly, then simmer over low heat until the peach cubes soften.

    Increase the temperature, add the gelatin sugar and simmer with bubbling for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile wash the wild strawberries. Stir the berries into the jam and do not cook further. Transfer the jam into screw‑cap jars and let them cool standing upright.
