Ingredients

  • 1 kg ripe peaches
  • 500 g gelification sugar (2:1)
  • 60 ml peach or orange liqueur

Instructions

    Wash the peaches, score the top in a cross shape, briefly plunge into boiling water, then transfer to ice water and peel. Halve the fruit, pit, and cut into very small pieces.

    Bring the peaches with gelification sugar to a boil in a pot and simmer for 4 minutes while bubbling. Stir in the liqueur, immediately pour hot into prepared jars and seal tightly. Place on the lid for 10 minutes, flip over, and let cool.
