Ingredients

  • 400 g raspberries
  • 4 tbsp orange juice
  • 200 g quark
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • 40 g white chocolate
  • mint

Instructions

    Wash the raspberries and roughly half of them with orange juice to make a fine puree. Strain through a sieve. Mix the raspberry pulp with quark, honey, and yogurt until smooth. Whip the cream stiffly and fold it into the mixture.

    Distribute some raspberries on glasses and fill with the cream. Garnish with remaining raspberries, chopped chocolate, and mint before serving.
