Ingredients

  • 1 kg raspberries
  • juice and rind of one untreated lemon balm leaf
  • 1 kg gelatin sugar

Instructions

    Clean the raspberries and mix them with lemon juice and zest, pour into a pot and bring to a boil.

    Add the gelatin sugar and simmer for 1 minute until sparkling, carefully fill prepared jars and seal immediately.
