Ingredients

  • 4 red bell peppers
  • 800 g raspberries
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 500 g gelesugar (2:1)

Instructions

    Wash the bell peppers, halve them, clean them and peel with a vegetable peeler. Dice the flesh into small cubes.

    Rinse the raspberries and only wash if absolutely necessary to avoid losing juice and absorbing water.

    Mix the berries with the pepper cubes, lemon juice and gelesugar and let it steep for about 30 minutes.

    Then bring to a boil while stirring. Boil sparkling for about 4 minutes.

    Do a setting test and fill the jam into hot‑washed jars until full. Seal immediately and allow to cool.
