- 400 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 150 g red currants
- 150 g black currants
- 1 Banana
- 1 orange

Wash the raspberries if desired and pat them dry. Wash the currants, pat them dry, and pluck them from the stems.

Peel the banana and slice it. Halve the orange and squeeze out its juice. Blend the banana with orange juice, raspberries, and currants in a blender until smooth. If desired, thin with some cold water.
