Chai Iced Tea

The Chai iced tea from Spoonsparrow is always delicious and refreshing on hot days.

Ingredients

  • 5 g chai tea (loose or 2 tea bags)
  • 20 g coconut blossom sugar
  • 1 orange
  • 200 ml cold oat drink (oat milk)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

    Steep the chai tea and coconut blossom sugar in 750 ml boiling water and let it steep for about 5 minutes. Cool the infusion for 30 minutes, then chill completely in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.

    Fill four glasses to one-third with ice cubes. Squeeze the orange and distribute the juice over the glasses.

    Pour the chilled chai tea into the glasses, add the cold oat drink, and serve immediately.
