Ingredients

  • 100 g Red lentils
  • 8 radishes
  • 0.5 red bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp mixed chopped herbs (e.g., parsley, thyme, chervil, chives, marjoram)
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla salt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

    Soak the lentils overnight. Drain the next day and cook in plenty of salted water until al dente, then drain, rinse with cold water and let rest.

    Mix the herbs and cream cheese together, fold in the drained lentils, and season with vanilla salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Serve with freshly grilled bread slices.
