Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 300 g ripe Camembert cheese
  • 50 g soft butter
  • 100 g cream cheese (pure)
  • 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 0.5 bunch radishes
  • Chives
  • 4 slices whole grain bread

Instructions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Mash the Camembert with a fork, then mix in butter and cream cheese. Stir in onion, paprika powder, and cumin seeds. Season with pepper and salt to taste.

    Wash, trim, and slice the radishes; finely chop half of them and fold into the dip. Spoon the dip into small bowls, garnish with radish slices and chive stems, and serve with whole grain bread.
