  • 1 baguette
  • 250 g smoked salmon
  • Cream cheese
  • 3 beef tomatoes
  • Basil
  • Salt
  • pepper (from grinder)

Instructions

    Cut bread into 4 pieces and cut each piece once. Spread the lower half generously with cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Wash tomatoes and slice them.

    Wash basil leaves and pat dry. Place tomato slices and basil leaves on the cream cheese, then top with smoked salmon. Add a little pepper and place the second bread half over it.
