Ingredients
- 1 ready-made sponge cake base
- 150 g raspberries
- 150 g blueberries
- 2 peaches
- 150 g apricots
- 0.25 l milk
- 0.5 Vanilla pod
- 3 egg yolks
- 75 g sugar

Wash the fruit, halve and pit the peaches and apricots. Slice both fruits into wedges. Scrape the seeds from the vanilla pod and bring with the milk to a boil, letting it steep for 10 minutes. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy, then slowly pour in the milk. Keep stirring constantly while heating until the cream thickens. Immediately place the pot in cold water and stir occasionally with a whisk.

Fill the base with the cooled cream, smooth it out, and arrange the drained fruit alternately on top of the cream. Serve immediately.
