Cookie House

Ingredients
- 600 g dark chocolate
- 150 g coconut oil
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 300 g butter cookies
- 8 butter cookies
- 70 g melted dark chocolate
- 1 waffle roll (as chimney)
- 2 round chocolate milkcream cookies (for windows)
Instructions

Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt it with coconut oil and cream over a hot, non-boiling water bath while stirring. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Line a loaf pan with cling film, pour some chocolate cream into the pan, layer with cookies, and continue until all ingredients are layered and used up. Chill for at least 4 hours.

Remove the "Cold Dog" and cut the edges about 0.7 cm thick.

Cut small pieces from the sections and place them as gable supports on the cookie block.

Spread some liquid chocolate in the middle of the cookies and attach the roof to the side of the gable support.
