Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 200 g butter (in small pieces)
- 1 egg yolk
- 250 g cream cheese
- 250 g soft butter
- 250 g sugar
- 8 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 50 g almond flakes
- Chocolate sauce (ready-made)

Instructions

Knead all dough ingredients quickly into a dough and wrap in foil; refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Roll the dough to a thickness of about 1 cm on a lightly floured surface, line a greased pan with it, shaping a rim. Blind bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.

Remove and let cool.

For the filling, mix butter with sugar and vanilla sugar; gradually fold in cream cheese and egg yolks. Whisk egg whites to stiff peaks and fold into mixture. Spread over the pre-baked cake, smooth, and bake at 160°C for another 60 minutes. Remove and cool. Decorate by sprinkling almonds and arranging remaining ingredients on top.
