Ingredients
- 150 g yogurt
- 150 g quark
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 mangos
- 40 g walnut kernels
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- mint (for garnish)
Instructions

Whisk the yogurt with the quark, lime juice and 2-3 tbsp sugar until smooth. Taste and fill small glasses with up to 4 tbsp of the mixture. Peel the mangos, cut the flesh from the pit and finely puree. Stir in 1-2 tbsp sugar, taste again and spread over the cream.

Coarsely chop the nuts and mix with honey. Spoon 1 tbsp of the remaining cream onto the mango purée and sprinkle with nuts and coconut flakes. Serve garnished with mint.
