Ingredients

  • 300 g plums
  • 1 EL honey
  • 3 TL lemon juice
  • 2 EL raw cane sugar (15 g each)
  • 250 g blackberries
  • 40 g pecans
  • 250 g low‑fat quark
  • 250 g Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 TL vanilla powder

Instructions

  1. 1.

Wash, halve, pit the plums and place them in an ovenproof dish. Drizzle with honey and lemon juice, sprinkle with 1 EL sugar, and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan; gas: level 3) for 15–20 minutes; cover with parchment paper during the first ~10 minutes.

  2. 2.

Meanwhile, wash and drain the blackberries, then heat them with the remaining sugar over medium heat until juice is released and sugar dissolves. Set blackberry compote aside.

  3. 3.

Toast pecans in a dry pan over medium heat for 3–4 minutes, remove, and chop.

  4. 4.

Whisk quark, yogurt, and vanilla powder until smooth, then spoon into bowls. Spread baked plums and blackberry compote with its juice on top, gently fold in. Sprinkle everything with chopped pecans and serve.
