Delicious cream combined with fruity berries: The quark cream with blackberries from Spoonsparrow is irresistibly good.
Ingredients
- 500 g blackberries
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 30 g raw cane sugar
- 500 g quark
- optional powdered sugar (for dusting)

Wash, clean, and dry the blackberries. Roughly half of them are finely puréed. Combine the blackberry purée with quark, lemon juice, and raw cane sugar.

Distribute the remaining half of the berries into four glasses and spoon the quark cream over them. Garnish with the leftover blackberries, optionally dust with powdered sugar, and serve.
