Mango Passionfruit Lassi

With the refreshing Mango-Passionfruit Lassi from Spoonsparrow you recharge your energy and stay full for a long time – despite its low energy density.

Ingredients

  • 1 Mango
  • 2 tbsp Raw cane sugar
  • 1 Organic Lime
  • 500 g Kefir
  • 2 passion fruits

Instructions

    Peel the mango, cut it into slices from the stone and then dice it. Wash the lime hot, dry it with kitchen paper and grate its zest finely. Then squeeze the lime.

    Blend the mango with raw cane sugar, 3 tbsp lime juice and kefir until smooth.

    Halve the passion fruits, scoop out the pulp and stir in the grated lime zest. Pour into glasses and serve with ice cubes if desired.
