- 900 g pumpkin
- 600 g kiwi
- juice of one lemon
- 500 g gelatin sugar (3:1)

Peel and core the pumpkin, then cut into small cubes. Peel and cube the kiwis. Mix both with sugar and lemon juice and let sit for 2 hours.
