Ingredients

  • 900 g pumpkin
  • 600 g kiwi
  • juice of one lemon
  • 500 g gelatin sugar (3:1)

    Peel and core the pumpkin, then cut into small cubes. Peel and cube the kiwis. Mix both with sugar and lemon juice and let sit for 2 hours.

    Then bring to a boil while stirring, simmer for 5 minutes with continued stirring. Perform a setting test and pour into prepared jars.
