Ingredients

  • 800 g pumpkin flesh
  • 250 g apricots
  • 0.5 l orange juice
  • 4 tbsp vanilla syrup
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 500 g gelatin sugar (3:1)

    Dice the pumpkin flesh and seedless apricots into small cubes. Add them to a large pot with the orange juice. Pour in the vanilla syrup and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes until soft.

    Blend everything very finely and let it cool. Stir in the lemon juice and gelatin sugar, then bring to a boil while stirring. Boil for 4 minutes, bubbling, and immediately pour into well-cleaned jars, seal them, and place upside down for 5 minutes. Then turn upright and allow to cool.
