Ingredients

  • 500 g plums
  • 300 g pumpkin flesh (e.g., Hokkaido pumpkin)
  • 500 ml orange juice
  • 1 Vanilla bean
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 500 g gelatine sugar (2:1)

Instructions

    Wash the plums and cut them into halves, removing the pits. Roughly grate the pumpkin flesh. Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.

    Combine the prepared ingredients with the vanilla seeds, the vanilla bean, and orange juice; simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in ginger and gelatine sugar, then bring to a rolling boil for 4 minutes. Transfer to prepared jars. Seal immediately and let cool.
