Ingredients
- 6 anchovies (salted)
- 300 g black olives (pitted)
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 tsp thyme (fresh)
- 50 g capers
- 50 g canned tuna (natural)
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp cognac
- pepper (ground)

Rinse the anchovies and roughly chop. Peel and roughly chop the garlic.

Mash olives, garlic, anchovies, tuna, thyme, and capers in a mortar or blend with an immersion blender, then stir in the oil to form a creamy paste. Season with cognac and pepper.
