Ingredients

  • 2 l olive oil (cold‑pressed)
  • 8 sprigs thyme
  • 1 untreated lemon (zest)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 red peperoni

Instructions

    Distribute the thyme sprigs between two prepared bottles. In one bottle add the lemon zest, and in the other place the peeled and halved garlic cloves together with the hot‑infused and fork‑pierced peperoni.

    Fill with oil and seal tightly; keep cool and dark for at least a week.
