Ingredients

  • 5 unskinned almond kernels
  • 10 g oatmeal (1 heaped tbsp)
  • 3 tbsp low‑fat quark
  • 50 ml whey (natural)
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 100 g seedless grapes

Instructions

    Chop almonds and toast them briefly with the oats in a nonstick pan until fragrant.

    Whisk the quark with the whey and honey in a small bowl until creamy.
