Ingredients
- 5 unskinned almond kernels
- 10 g oatmeal (1 heaped tbsp)
- 3 tbsp low‑fat quark
- 50 ml whey (natural)
- 1 tsp Honey
- 100 g seedless grapes
Instructions

Chop almonds and toast them briefly with the oats in a nonstick pan until fragrant.

Whisk the quark with the whey and honey in a small bowl until creamy.

Wash, drain, and halve the grapes. Fold the grapes, almonds, and oats into the quark mixture.
