Ingredients
- 4 small celery tips (with some green)
- 4 green asparagus (cooked)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 200 g prepared sushi rice
- 2 toasted nori sheets
- 4 pieces surimi
- 4 tsp trout caviar
- 1 tsp wasabi paste
- chives sprigs
Instructions

Trim the asparagus and celery to about 10 cm.

Cut the nori sheets crosswise in half.

Form four balls from the rice.

Shape the nori sheets into hand‑rolled temaki sushi with rice, wasabi paste, asparagus, celery, surimi, and some chive sprigs. Add 1 tsp trout caviar per roll.
