Ingredients

  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 0.5 Avocado
  • lemon juice (for brushing)
  • 200 g ready sushi rice
  • vinegar water (for hands)
  • 3 roasted nori sheets
  • wasabi (for spreading)

Instructions

    Cut the smoked salmon into strips. Peel the avocado, remove the pit and cut the flesh into very thin strips about 6 cm long. Brush immediately with lemon juice to prevent browning.

    Divide the sushi rice into six portions and shape each portion into a long oval using hands dampened with vinegar water.

    Halve the nori sheets lengthwise. Hold one sheet smooth side down in your left hand. Place a rice oval on the upper half, spread a little wasabi, then layer some avocado and salmon strips. Roll tightly like a bag, pressing firmly to seal.
