Ingredients
- 4 small lettuce leaves
- 150 g tuna fillet (fresh)
- 200 g prepared sushi rice
- 2 roasted nori sheets
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp wasabi paste

Divide the fish into 4 portions.

Cut the nori sheets in half lengthwise.

Shape the rice into 4 balls.

Spread wasabi paste on the nori, then assemble each temaki with rice, lettuce and tuna, sprinkling a little sesame on top.
