Ingredients

  • 800 g potatoes (starchy)
  • 300 ml milk
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 60 g black olives (pitted)
  • 4 tbsp tapenade (jar)
  • 1 bunch Basil
  • Sea salt

Instructions

    Wash potatoes and steam for about 25 minutes.

    Slice olives into rounds.

    Tear basil leaves and roughly chop half of them.

  4. 4.

    Peel potatoes, press through a potato masher, let them drain, then stir in hot milk and oil. Finally fold in basil and olive slices, season with sea salt. Distribute on pre-warmed plates, garnish with tapenade and remaining basil leaves, and serve.
