Ingredients

  • 800 g waxy potatoes
  • Salt
  • 250 ml milk
  • 40 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 bunch chives
  • nutmeg

Instructions

    Peel, wash, and boil the potatoes in salted water for 30 minutes. Drain and roughly mash with a potato masher. Fold in hot milk, 30 g cold butter, and crème fraîche.

    Finally stir in sliced chives and season with salt and nutmeg. Serve garnished with remaining butter flakes.
