Olive oil tomatoes with garlic by Spoonsparrow: Bring summer into your glass!

Ingredients

  • 600 g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 5 sprigs rosemary
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 75 ml olive oil
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper

Instructions

    Wash the tomatoes, pat them dry, cut them in half crosswise and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan; gas: level 3) for 10–15 minutes.

    Remove the tomatoes and let them cool. Wash and shake off excess water from the rosemary. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly. Arrange the tomatoes in a baking dish, then scatter the rosemary and garlic over them. Season with salt and pepper.

    Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes. Marinate the olive oil tomatoes for at least one day.
