Ingredients
- 600 g large potatoes
- 2 stalks leek
- 1 Boskop apple
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 50 g butter
- 500 g Heavy Cream
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- nutmeg
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped thyme leaves

Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Clean the leeks, wash them, and cut diagonally into 1.5 cm rings. Wash the apple, quarter it, remove the core, and slice the skin on thin strips; immediately drizzle with lemon juice.

Layer the potato slices, leek rings, and apple strips alternately in a well-greased baking dish. Season the cream with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and thyme, then pour over the layers.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (medium) for about 35–40 minutes.
