Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (e.g., cod or sea bass)
- 1 kg new potatoes
- 2 EL olive oil
- Sea salt
- 2 sprigs marjoram
- 2 sprigs thyme
- pepper (ground)
- 4 slices smoked ham
- 300 g passata
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 pinch sugar
- 50 ml red wine

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.

Wash and pat dry the fish. Wash and halve the potatoes. Mix them in a baking dish with olive oil and season with salt. Bake almost cooked for about 25 minutes. Remove from the oven, top with herb sprigs, season with pepper and lay ham slices on top. Place the fish fillets over this. Stir passata with peeled finely chopped garlic, sugar and red wine, then season with salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes and fish, distribute evenly and bake for about 15 minutes more. Cover with foil if needed.
