  • 2 TL ginger powder
  • 1 TL chili powder
  • pepper (ground)
  • Salt
  • olive oil
  • 250 ml vegetable broth
  • 125 ml white wine
  • 250 ml heavy cream

Instructions

  1. 1.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Mix all spices together. Rub the pork with olive oil and salt, then spread the spice mixture over it.

  2. 2.

  3. 3.

Remove the pork, deglaze the pan with some boiling water, transfer to a saucepan. Add the cream, bring to a quick boil, stir vigorously, season with salt and pepper. Slice the pork, place in the sauce, and serve immediately with boiled potatoes and a mixed salad.
