Pork Roast

Ingredients
- 1 kg pork loin chops (bone‑free)
- 1 EL paprika peppers
- 2 TL nutmeg (freshly grated)
- 2 TL ginger powder
- 1 TL chili powder
- pepper (ground)
- Salt
- olive oil
- 250 ml vegetable broth
- 125 ml white wine
- 250 ml heavy cream
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Mix all spices together. Rub the pork with olive oil and salt, then spread the spice mixture over it.

Place the pork in a roasting tin and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Add the broth and white wine, lower the temperature to 160 °C, and continue cooking for approximately 1 hour until done.

Remove the pork, deglaze the pan with some boiling water, transfer to a saucepan. Add the cream, bring to a quick boil, stir vigorously, season with salt and pepper. Slice the pork, place in the sauce, and serve immediately with boiled potatoes and a mixed salad.
