Ingredients
- 8 thin slices boneless pork chops
- 4 shallots
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 200 ml meat broth
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp Honey
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper

Wash and pat the chops dry.

Peel and finely dice the shallots and garlic.

Wash, halve, deseed, remove white membranes from the bell peppers, and dice small.

Brown the meat in 2 tbsp hot oil for 1 minute on each side. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, sauté shallots, garlic, and pepper in remaining oil. Add broth and stir in cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp cold water. Let sauce thicken slightly, then return chops and cook 1-2 minutes over low heat, turning once.
