Ingredients

  • 8 grill sausages
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 8 peppers (green and red)
  • 4 Spring Onions
  • herbs (optional)

Instructions

    Mix all ingredients for the marinate together and marinate the meat in it for at least 3 hours. Wash, trim the vegetables, halve the tomatoes, lightly salt everything.

    Before placing the meat on the hot grill let it drain well.

    Prick the sausages several times with a fork before putting them on the grill. Grill the meat and sausages turning them.

    Place the vegetables onto the grill with the meat and grill for about 5-10 minutes.

    Serve with dips and bread.
