Stalk Celery with Tomatoes from the Pan

Ingredients
- 600 g stalk celery
- boiling salted water
- 500 g tomatoes
- 6 Spring Onions
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tbsp oil
- iodized salt, pepper
- basil (for garnish)

Clean the celery, remove tough strands from the outer side of the stems, wash the stems, cut thick stems lengthwise in half. Place in boiling salted water, bring to a boil, cook for 8-10 minutes.

Drain, arrange on a preheated plate, keep warm. Briefly place tomatoes in boiling water (do not let them boil), shock in cold water, peel, halve, and remove stem ends.

Clean the onions, wash, cut into rings. Peel garlic, finely dice. Heat oil, sauté spring onion rings and garlic cubes. Add tomato halves, season with salt and pepper, simmer for about 3 minutes.

Place the tomato halves around the stalk celery, distribute spring onion rings over them, sprinkle with basil.
