Plum Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 kg plums
  • 1 untreated lemon (zest)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cloves
  • 0.5 Vanilla pod
  • 500 g gelatine sugar (2:1)

Instructions

    Wash, halve, pit the plums and cut into wedges. Mix with lemon zest, cinnamon, vanilla, and sugar; let stand for 2 hours.

    Bring to a boil in a pot and simmer for about 4 minutes until sparkling. Remove spices and fill well-shelved jars with jam. Seal tightly and allow to cool.
