Ingredients

  • 1 kg plums
  • 1 untreated lemon (zest and juice)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cloves
  • 0.5 vanilla pod (aroma)
  • 300 g gelatine sugar (3:1)

Instructions

    Wash the plums, halve them, pit and cut into wedges. Mix with lemon zest, juice, cinnamon, vanilla aroma and sugar; let steep for 2 hours. Then bring to a boil in a pot and simmer for about 4 minutes while bubbling.

    Remove the spices and fill prepared jars with the jam. Seal tightly and allow to cool.
