Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup pomegranate
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 400 g low‑fat quark
  • 200 ml Buttermilk
  • 5 tbsp peeled hemp seeds

Instructions

    Crack the seeds out of half a pomegranate, remove white membranes, and set aside 1 tablespoon for garnish. Add the remaining seeds to a blender. Peel and slice the banana, rinse the raspberries, then add them with the banana, honey, quark, a splash of buttermilk, and hemp seeds to the blender. Gradually pour in the rest of the buttermilk until the smoothie is creamy.

    Fill small bottles as desired and serve garnished with the remaining pomegranate seeds.
