Blackberry Vanilla Smoothie

Delicious blackberry vanilla smoothie with buttermilk. Made super quickly and absolutely tasty!

Ingredients

  • 500 g blackberries
  • 1 Vanilla bean
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 700 ml ice‑cold buttermilk
  • 4 tbsp low‑fat quark (80 g)
  • 40 g cashew nuts
  • 80 ml heavy cream

Instructions

    Wash and drain the blackberries.

  2. 2.

    Split the vanilla bean lengthwise, scrape out the seeds, and blend with the blackberries, lemon juice, buttermilk, quark, and cashews until smooth.

    Whip the cream to stiff peaks. Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses and top each with a dollop of whipped cream.
