The Banana Smoothie by Spoonsparrow is perfect for breakfast or as a tasty snack in between.
Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 200 g soy quark
- 300 ml coconut drink
- 40 g rolled oats
- 2 tbsp brown almond butter
- 1 tbsp peeled hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes

Add all ingredients except the coconut flakes to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the banana smoothie into two large glasses, sprinkle with coconut flakes, and serve.
