The nutrient-rich cranberry apple smoothie supports a well-functioning immune defense and delivers great flavor.
Ingredients
- 250 g apples (2 apples)
- 100 g cranberries
- 50 g vanilla yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 100 ml whey
Instructions

Wash the apples, dry them and use a paring knife to cut the skin of one apple into spiral strips. Quarter both apples and roughly dice them.

Rinse the cranberries in a sieve and let them drain.

Blend the apple cubes and cranberries with the vanilla yogurt in a stand mixer or hand blender until very smooth. Pour into a large glass, top with whey, and garnish with the apple peel.
