Ingredients

  • 0.5 head celery
  • 2 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 300 ml tomato juice
  • 100 ml meat broth
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • Tabasco
  • Salt
  • 2 stalks celery (with greens)

Instructions

    Clean and chop the celery into small pieces. Add nutritional yeast, tomato juice, broth, and olive oil to a blender and blend for 1–2 minutes.

    Season the cocktail with Tabasco and salt, pour into two tall glasses, add one celery stick in each drink, and serve immediately. Garnish with tomato slices and chili if desired.
