Banana Berry Smoothie

Refreshing banana berry smoothie: grapefruit and blackcurrants provide a powerful vitamin kick.

Ingredients

  • 300 g grapefruit (1 grapefruit)
  • 300 g ripe bananas (2 ripe bananas)
  • 500 g red currants
  • 1 tsp barley grass powder
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

    Cut the grapefruit in half, squeeze out the juice and pour it into a blender.

  2. 2.

    Peel the bananas, slice the fruit into pieces and add them to the blender.

  3. 3.

    Wash the currants, drain them and set aside two nice stems.

  4. 4.

    Remove the remaining currants from the stems, put them in the blender. Add barley grass powder and ice cubes. Blend everything well, pour into two glasses and garnish with the reserved currant stems.
