Watercress Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 150 g watercress
  • 1 small onion
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 200 ml sparkling water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 tbsp crushed ice

Instructions

    Wash and spin dry the watercress. Set aside some leaves for garnish.

    Peel the onion and dice it finely. Wash a half cucumber, cut it lengthwise, and dice the flesh into very small cubes. Put 4 tbsp of cucumber cubes aside.

    Blend the remaining cucumber cubes with the watercress, onion cubes, lemon juice, sparkling water, and ice until smooth.

  4. 4.

    Season the smoothie with salt and pepper, pour into two glasses, and sprinkle with the reserved cucumber cubes and watercress leaves.
