Ingredients
- 5 g Ginger
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 Orange (juice)
- 200 ml freshly brewed black tea
- 400 ml pineapple juice
- 50 ml white rum

Wash the ginger, dry it, grate finely. Break the cinnamon stick. Boil 100 ml water in a pot, remove from heat, add ginger and cinnamon stick, cover and let steep for 15 minutes.

Squeeze the orange to obtain its juice, then add the juice together with the tea and pineapple juice to the mixture and heat until just before boiling. Add the rum, strain through a sieve into pre-warmed glasses.
