  • 4 red peperoni
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp black peppercorns
  • 7 juniper berries
  • 2 thyme sprigs

  • 2 rosemary sprigs
  • 4 Sage leaves

Instructions

    Cut the cheese into bite‑size pieces. Peel and halve the garlic. Wash the peperoni. Rinse the herbs and pat them dry.
