- 2 Zucchini
- 2 red onions
- 4 bell peppers (yellow and red)
- 2 carrots
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 5 stems thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil (oil for the grill pan)
- Sea salt
- Pepper
- 4 Camembert (about 120 g)

Wash, trim, and dice the zucchini. Peel and slice the onions into wedges. Wash, halve, trim, and chop the bell peppers. Peel and cube the carrots. Crush the garlic cloves. Spread all vegetables on a large grill pan and sprinkle with thyme. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill over medium heat, turning occasionally, for about 15 minutes.

Place the Camembert on an oiled grill pan and grill until hot, about 5 minutes. Slice as desired, open, and serve atop the grilled vegetables.
